MUMBAI: The state on Friday set up an education technology forum for exchange of ideas on the use of technology in school education.
State school education minister Varsha Gaikwad said that Maharashtra Education Technology Forum will have representatives from technology giants such as Google, Microsoft and Amazon. The forum will serve as a think-tank and independent advisory framework on technology-based interventions to enhance learning, assessment, planning and administration of schools.
